Terms and conditions of trading

Buying parts with Mini Centre Berkshire Ltd could not be easier.  Select your items online, go to card details and you will be given the postage price.  When you have confirmed your order click ‘buy now’ and you will be taken to the checkout page. You will need to register if you have not already done so.  If you cannot find the part you are looking for you can call us on 01491 629287 to ask our staff.  We accept credit/debit card payments online.

VAT All orders for the and European Union will already have 17.5% VAT applied.  Orders from the rest of the world are VAT free.

Shipping Our website will automatically calculate the most cost effective method of shipping your order to you, wherever you are.  Subject to part availability we will endeavor to ship your order within two days.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock we will obtain it as quickly as possible and hold your purchase on back order.  Should we have a problem locating the part you have ordered we will contact you and give you the option to cancel if you would rather not wait.

Guarantee If you return an item in its original condition (unused and with packaging) within 14 days of purchase, we will exchange it or offer a full refund (excluding shipping costs).

If an item develops a manufacturing fault within 30 days we will offer the same exchange or refund.

Returns Policy            If a part needs to be returned to us, you must first obtain Returns Authorisation – please call 01491 629287to discuss arrangements.

Refunds will be processed as soon as possible, upon receipt of the returned goods.

PLEASE NOTE all shortages/damaged items/or other discrepancies with your order must be reported within 24 hours of taking delivery of your order. Goods which prove unsuitable may be returned for a refund or exchange Subject to the following conditions:

Any returned items, the carriage is paid by the customer
Any items returned must be unused and complete and should be in their original condition for a refund to be arranged , with all packaging in good condition. (We reserve the right to charge for replacement packaging when the original has been damaged or defaced.)
Name and address and telephone contact no. to be included with reason for return.
We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered or lost. Please keep your proof of postage, as it may be required in the event of a claim.
Mini Centre Berkshire Ltd are not responsible for any labour charges incurred during fitment or removal of allegedly incorrectly supplied (or faulty) parts.
Old items returned for a surcharge refund, must be returned within 12 months of purchase

Security Credit/Debit card orders placed on-line with Mini Centre Berkshire Ltd are passed through Sec Pay who provide a secure online service.  Card details from on-line orders are not passed directly to us, thus ensuring the full security of your payment details at all times.
